The biggest change between my first version of is in the layout. Readers who have seen the first version know that it was written as a single page. While that wasn't a bad start, and allowed for the reader to very quickly access any part of the page they were interested in, there were several significant downfalls to that approach. The new chapter-based layout should help to improve navigation, presenatation, and load times.
The second change is in the order of sections for this writing. A few sections have been moved, rewritten, divided, combined, or outright removed; depending on the way they fit in the new revision. Many sections are, in this version as well as the previous, just place holders or skeletons of what they will contain.
The third change is in the push for more illustrations. The previous version had some key illustrations, which are retained in this version as well. However there was also a lot of white space in the previous version, and several long spans of text. The author aims to have a much larger illustrated content in this new version, in the hopes of improving readability and acecssibility for those who are not familiar with some of the background fields for this reading.
